The Andrews Valley Music Festival

Food Vendor Application Form

The fourth annual Andrews Valley Music Festival will be June 27, 2009. Previous events have brought over 8,000 folks to listen to music, shop and dine in our beautiful town. Music stages will be at the Andrews Recreation Park. The Andrews Valley Music Festival is free to the public and is made possible by generous donations from area businesses and individuals. The Andrews Chamber of Commerce invites you to join them in participating as a Food vendor for this event.

  1. Each rented space is 12' x 12'; you may rent more than one space. All of your wares, booth equipment and tie-downs must be within the space(s) you rented. No ware may be placed outside of your rented space. You must provide all of your own equipment.
  2. Each vendor is responsible for the security of your concession booth, wares and vehicles.
  3. If your concession is accepted, you may set up Saturday morning, June 27, starting at 8:00 am, festival gates open 12:00 pm.
  4. Check in starts 8:00 am, tear-down starts at 9:00 pm, be prepared to stay the entire time.
  5. Cost per space; $75.00
  6. Booth space is discounted (subtract $25.00) for members of the Andrews Chamber of Commerce and/or non-profit organizations.
  7. Limited electricity is available for a fee of $25.00, please indicate on application and return fee with payment.
  8. You are responsible for the pick up of all trash around your space.
  9. The following items are strictly prohibited from sale by food or arts & crafts vendors or as awards or prizes: any type of aerosols, silly string, stink bombs, alcohol, fireworks of any type, weapons, knives (except those hand made by the vendor), toy cap pistols, caps for cap pistols, bows and/or arrows of any type or any items deemed controversial, tasteless or offensive by the festival staff. No YARD SALE or flea market items will be permitted.
  10. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 processing fee in addition to the amount of the check. The deadline for submitting Food vendor applications is June 25, 2009. No requests for refunds will be accepted after June 1, 2009, no exceptions.
  11. You will be given a site number upon arrival; please do not call ahead for your site number.
  12. No trailers or vehicles will be allowed on the festival grounds, except for set up and tear down.
  13. No coolers or alcoholic beverages.
  14. No generators will be permitted.
